• Booking Deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

• The Security Deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 7 to 10 days after the rental period ends, provided there are no outstanding issues

• This deposit ensures the safe return of the vehicle in good condition and serves as a commitment to the terms of the subscription.

• The Security Deposit covers potential costs such as:

1. Fines (saman).
2. Damages.
3. Cleaning charges for dirt or unpleasant odors (e.g., cigarette, alcohol, food, or durian).

Penalties

• Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Eating inside the vehicle is allowed, but the car must be cleaned before return.
• A penalty of MYR300 will be charged for:
• Any unpleasant odors (e.g., cigarette, alcohol, food, durian).
  Excessive dirt requiring additional cleaning.
